Tai Chi or Tai Chi Chuan is an internal Chinese martial art, practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. Tai Chi promotes the flow of Qi vital energy through the body which helps increase flexibility and suppleness, while exercising the muscles. The smooth, gentle movements help inspire calm and focus within the mind, leading to relaxation.
