Tai Chi and Qi Gong are Chinese Martial Arts and Traditional Chinese Medicine practices that help reduce stress, improve sleep, regulate emotions and restore balance in the body and mind. These practices are especially beneficial for people experiencing burnout, anxiety, fatigue or high-performance pressure.

Do I need experience in Tai Chi,
Qi Gong or martial arts to join?

No previous experience is required. All Tai Chi, Qi Gong and wellbeing coaching sessions are personalized to your experience level, goals and lifestyle.

Sessions are available both online and in person if you live in Barcelona. Depending on your location and preferences, sessions can take place at home, outdoors in nature, in a studio or through Zoom.


What results can I expect from a longevity performance program?

Clients often experience improved energy, better sleep, reduced stress and anxiety. They also notice stronger focus, emotional balance and increased resilience. The program is designed to help music professionals feel healthier, more grounded and able to perform at their best without sacrificing their wellbeing.
