Do I need experience in Tai Chi,
Qi Gong or martial arts to join?

No previous experience is required. All Tai Chi, Qi Gong and wellbeing coaching sessions are personalised to your experience level, goals and lifestyle.

Sessions are available both online and in person in Barcelona. Depending on your location and preferences, sessions can take place at home, outdoors in nature, in a studio or through Zoom.
