Your 12-week health and wellbeing personalized coaching program
to be at your best for the new season

How It Works

  • This program focuses on developing the internal capacity required to sustain performance, creativity, and clarity over time, without burnout or collapse.

    Through a unique integration of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and physical training, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system, manage your energy, and build sustainable habits that support both your professional demands and your long-term health.

    The result: greater focus, faster recovery, and the ability to stay grounded, consistent, and fully present, whether on stage, in the studio, or on the road.

    • 12 Weekly 1:1 coaching/teaching (60 min) tailored to your needs, including one or several of the following:
      - Tai Chi to reduce stress, anxiety and improve sleep
      - Qi Gong to balance emotions and restore inner calm
      - Personalised fitness training to rebuild strength and energy

    • Access to videos of exercises and practices

    • Ongoing support via WhatsApp or Voxer for guidance between sessions

    Sessions can take place in person (home, park, studio) or online, depending on your location. The program is adapted to your specific needs.

  • This program is based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine 5 Elements theory, addressing the root causes of stress, burnout and emotional imbalance.

  • Time info: The schedule will be agreed upon, in advance

    1 session of 60 minutes / week

    In the comfort of your home, or in a park surrounded by nature, or in a beautiful studio or through Zoom depending on where you are located.

What makes this program unique?

 

The Return to Flow 12-week program is inspired by the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) 5 Energy Movement Model.

Mental health issues or negative emotions can be associated with one of the five different energy movements: Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire.

Through exercise and practices, you will shift from these mental health issues and negative emotions into an improved state of health and wellbeing. Plus you will experience additional benefits such as balance, centering, strength or relaxation.

The Return to Flow 12-week program is tailor-made based on your personality and your specific needs. It also evolves throughout the seasons, as each season is associated with one of the Energy Movement.

Depending on your needs and preferences, we can then choose to prioritize one activity over another.

I'm Isabelle, some people call me Izzy, French-Chinese woman based in sunny Barcelona.
Like the Tao and Tai Ji symbol, I have two sides that I have decided to fully live.

My YIN side

  • 20+ years of Tai Chi practice

  • Second Dan Black Belt

  • Qi Gong instructor

  • Physical therapist: Shiatsu Contact, traditional Thaï massage

My YANG side

  • 25+ years of Kung Fu practice

  • Third Dan Black Belt in Shaolin style

  • Certified fitness coach

  • 30+ years passion for electronic music, including 15+ years working in the industry.

I decided to create this program for you after:

●  working in the music industry for a decade doing marketing, communication, artists and labels promotion, events organization, I suffered from a burnout due to unhealthy habits where I ended up exhausted in the hospital.

●  I had to push my own breakthrough to recover. Chinese martial arts and Traditional Chinese Medicine saved me.

●  I completely changed my lifestyle and routines, made health my #1 value.
