What if I can’t attend one of the live sessions?
All sessions are recorded, and replays will be available for participants.
That said, attending live is encouraged whenever possible, as it allows for interaction and personalized guidance.
Is this program suitable if I’m feeling burned out or anxious?
Yes.
The program is designed with nervous-system regulation in mind and is suitable for people experiencing fatigue, anxiety, or overwhelm. Practices are gentle and supportive — never pushy.
How much time should I expect to dedicate each week?
Besides the 60-minute live session, you’ll be invited to spend a few minutes a day on simple awareness practices (tracking sleep, meals, movement, or relaxation).
There is no required “homework” — consistency matters more than intensity.
Is this a coaching program or a class?
It’s a mix of both.
Each session includes teaching and explanation, as well as space for questions and personalized guidance. While it’s a group program, your individual context is always taken into account.
What if I’m traveling or touring during the program?
Many participants have irregular schedules.
The program is designed to support real-life conditions like travel, late nights, and changing routines — not to add extra pressure.
