I get it because I’ve been there. 13 years ago, as I was starting my artist management agency, I experienced a lot of stress and anxiety. Wearing multiple hats in my business, juggling with a multitude of new tasks, while going out continuously to network. After a few months, my body system crashed: I was having a burn out. It took me a few years to recover my mental, physical and emotional health, and I can say that Tai Chi saved my life!

Tai Chi or Tai Chi Chuan is an internal Chinese martial art, practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits. Tai Chi promotes the flow of Qi energy through the body which helps increase flexibility and suppleness, while exercising the muscles. The smooth, gentle movements help inspire calm and focus within the mind, leading to relaxation.

Hands Move like Clouds
By moving the two hands at the same time, we stimulate both sides of our brain. This is called crossed-crawl.

Meet Your Instructor

Izzy Naud, is a seasoned health and well-being coach with expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong. After experiencing a burn out, 10 years into working in the music industry, Izzy managed to regain her health thanks to Chinese martial arts and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Since 2021, Izzy is dedicated to helping you thrive in your career while prioritizing your health.

Course Outline:

Each online class will cover:

  • Understanding the challenges faced by electronic music professionals and how Tai Chi can help you flow in your career

  • The 10 principles of Tai Chi: dive deep into the wisdom of this Chinese internal martial art

  • Whole body warm-up sequence, which you can integrate to your daily morning routine, to start your day full of energy

  • Tai Chi practice: you will learn and integrate each movement of the Yang style 8 Step Tai Chi form

  • Personalized guidance: get all your questions answered

  • Self-massage: the perfect way to wind down after the practice.

Each class is recorded and you will have lifetime access to the replays.
In addition, I encourage you to send me videos of yourself practicing the moves, so I can give you further guidance between the sessions.
