Personalized Fitness Training Sessions
These personalized fitness training sessions can be focused on abs, gluts, arms or/and legs and/or can take the form of a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
Private Tai Chi Classes
Tai Chi or Tai Ji Quan is an internal Chinese martial art, practiced for both its defense training and its health benefits.
Benefits of Tai Chi include:
- lowering anxiety and stress levels
- reducing and eliminating insomnia

- a better body balance

- reinforcing the coordination between the different parts of the body.

Private Qi Gong Practice
From Qi meaning « energy » and Gong, « work », Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice aiming to move vital energy Qi through the body, in order to improve health.
Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Taoism and Buddhism, Qi Gong relies on several breathing exercises, associated to slow-motion moves.
When practiced on a regular basis, Qi Gong generates:
- more balance and flexibility
- an improved body consciousness
- a higher resistance to stress
- a better capacity of concentration
- more self-confidence ...

● Private Qi Gong practices that will help balance your emotions and get you centered
● Personalized fitness training sessions to get you back in shape
● Unlimited access to me through Weekly support on the channel of your choice (Whatsapp, Voxer…),
so you can ask me anything about your practices, hit me up when you need a little boost…
